Shipping/Packaging:
Its usually much faster delivery to a Business Address or PO Box. If sent to a private address and no one home you should receive a card in your letter box to collect at PO. If not received or no card contact your local post office. We ship every business day if order is received and paid for by 2.00pm (EDT). Note: Aust. Post can take longer to deliver during the festive season or due to the corona virus or regular post from Qld, so consider Express post.
NOTE: WE DO NOT SEND TO PARCEL LOCKERS AS THE RECIPIENT CAN’T BE VERIFIED.
We use your Order Shipping Address – Not Paypal address!, we ship within Australia only.
Best to use Express Post due to massive online sales during this Covid period and or festive season. If your item doesn’t arrive check at your local PO or Mail Exchange or call them. In most cases the item was delayed in the Australia Post mail system. We do not guarantee delivery day/time on shipments as once it leaves our hands we have no control over it.
Proof of delivery applies to those who have delivery with a tracking No.. All customers receive an email to their nominated email address advising goods are sent (with tracking No. if provided). Once goods are posted and tracking No. shows items received at customers nominated delivery address this proves delivery. ID and or signature may be required.
Payment Options:
Stripe edit Card Processing Gateway pay with most credit cards via our EZYHD Secure web site checkout process. Once your order has been properly processed you will be directed back to EZYHD web site. Stripe send us a copy of the payment seconds from when its paid (so please don’t send us a copy!). 

Replacement:
A returned product is via our RMA form as a change of mind within a 15 day return period from sale date, as it did not suit the customers needs. The item itself is in perfect condition with no noticeable cosmetic damages, and is 100% fully functional. The display box has not been opened or damaged, then a full refund less postage will be made once received back and inspected
Simply email us via our contact form, goods returned should be in New “undamaged” condition with all original accessories and box packaging (if supplied). There is a 20% restocking fee for incorrect or non suitable item/s ordered, any postage paid by customer or EZYHD is not refunded. Customer will be sent a RMA item form to return a faulty item, we will send a refund once item is received and inspected. If item is damaged or incomplete we will advise customer of refund amount.
If you have a fault item please contact us for advise first. If a replacement request we are always happy to assist. Customers must contact us first for a resolution (not a third party such as Stripe or Paypal) within 21 days from date of order or within the warranty period if faulty. EZYHD is not responsible for a refund or charge back should a credit card be used for payment of goods in a fraudulent manner. We do no cover removal or re- install of any cable. HDMI cables are not warranted against a manufacturer of a customers HDMI 2.1  AV receiver or sending device with a faulty or incorrect micro chip. If incorrect address is supplied or part of additional postage to correct address is payable. Change of mind refunds incur a admin fee of 10%.
Personal information
Personal information is never given or sold to a third party for any reason. Its kept very secure and a password is required to access it. EZYHD is a https web site so very secure.
Warranty:
Manufacturers Warranty is 5 years on HDMI cables from purchase date and 6 months on Splitters, Switchers and Electronic Equipment for 1st purchaser only. Any item returned must be returned in new condition with postage paid by purchaser with all original box packaging (if originally supplied).
Consumer Guarantee:
All items sold by EZYHD are covered by Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable time frame from the date of the sale. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide either a repair, replacement or refund. The Purchaser pays for postage, all claims with respect to defective items will be handled through EZYHD at the email address displayed when you purchased your item/s.
